Money Management Solutions, Inc. offers a 30-day money back guarantee for single unopened, uninstalled physical hard copies of the Money Management Solutions desktop software, excluding shipping & handling fees. This policy does not apply to any training course packs and bulk software orders.
Returning Physical Products
For direct orders: For single hard copies of the product purchased directly from Money Management Solutions through the web, mail, or over the phone, you have 30 days from the product's physical ship date to be eligible for a refund under the money back guarantee. Software that has been opened and installed is not eligible for a refund. You must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip in order to be eligible for a refund.
For retail/distributor purchases: If the unopened/uninstalled product was purchased from a retail outlet or a distributor and the retailer/distributor will not accept the product return, you must return the unopened, uninstalled product along with the original purchase receipt and a letter detailing your attempt to return the software to the retail outlet, to Money Management Solutions within 30 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a refund under the guarantee.
Money Management Solutions recommends that the return be shipped via a traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Postal Service, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail. Money Management Solutions is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.
